This feta-based dip is made with red pointed peppers. Because they are grilled in the oven the peppers get a delicious sweet taste.

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the peppers on a baking tray and let them cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and sauté it in olive oil in a pan.
Remove the peppers from the oven when they are ready. Carefully remove the skin, seeds and stem so that only the pulp remains.
Put the peppers, the oil with garlic and the feta in a food processor and grind it fine.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
