Put the sunflower oil in a frying pan, heat it and add the cumin seeds. Let this simmer for a while on low heat.
Add the potatoes and fry until they brown slightly.
Add the spices: tandoori spice mix, turmeric and chili powder. And salt to taste if necessary.
The trick is to bake it in such a way that the outside becomes crispy and the inside nice and soft.
