Preparation method

  • Put the sunflower oil in a frying pan, heat it and add the cumin seeds. Let this simmer for a while on low heat.

  • Add the potatoes and fry until they brown slightly.

  • Add the spices: tandoori spice mix, turmeric and chili powder. And salt to taste if necessary.

  • The trick is to bake it in such a way that the outside becomes crispy and the inside nice and soft.

  • 1 tbsp tandoori spice mix

  • 0.5 tsp turmeric

  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
